Solar Farm Grounds Maintenance
LEMP SERVICES LTD offer a full service grounds maintenance operations for medium to large scale projects, at a single or multiple sites across the UK. Our experienced Grounds Maintenance teams use the very best technology available, managing commercial mowing over many different terrains, producing long term weed control to ensure eradication and prevention. Our ongoing solar farm maintenance services include:
- Mowing in and around the solar array using our specialist machinery. We are able to mechanically mow in-between the tight rows of 1.7 metres.
- Hedge cutting and surrounding tree works / surveys. This enables site security to be maintained and will stop any shading from occurring on the solar arrays.
- Implementation of the habitat management plan, which can include the planting of native wildflowers and the installation of beehives, reptile habitats and bird / owl / bat boxes.
- Spraying and weed control – blanket and spot spraying, keeping weeds under control.
- Invasive Weed Control – LEMP SERVICES LTD have substantial experience in designing invasive weed control management solutions that are site specific. We have the equipment to stem inject, knap sack spray as well as spray larger areas with low ground pressure ATV equipment.
